2. Data collected and purposes

We collect your personal data in the following situations:

• Placing an order: name, surname, shipping address, email, phone number. Purpose: order processing and delivery.
• Payment: card or payment method data is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Florence Intimates never stores full payment details.
• Newsletter: email address. Purpose: marketing communications, only with your explicit consent.
• Website navigation: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected automatically by the hosting server for security and aggregate analytics.
• Direct contact: data you voluntarily provide via email or contact forms.

3. Legal basis for processing

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): data necessary to process and deliver your order.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): retention of accounting and tax records for the statutory period.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending newsletters and marketing communications.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): website security and fraud prevention.

4. Data retention

• Order data: retained for 10 years in accordance with Italian tax law.
• Newsletter data: retained until you withdraw consent.
• Navigation data: retained for a maximum of 12 months.
• Contact requests: retained for the time necessary to handle the request, and no longer than 2 years.

5. Sharing with third parties

Your data may be shared with the following service providers acting as data processors:

• Stripe, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Vercel, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) — web hosting and infrastructure.
• Sendcloud B.V. (Eindhoven, Netherlands) — shipping management.
• Resend, Inc. (USA) — transactional email delivery.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International transfers

Some providers operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, transfers are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR) or other adequate guarantees.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
