These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the distance selling contract concluded between Florence Intimates ("Seller") and the consumer ("Customer") via www.florenceintimates.com. Italian consumer law (D.lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU apply.

The Seller offers handmade artisan lingerie produced in Brazil. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Photos are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to monitor calibration.
As handmade products, minor variations from the photographs are characteristic of the product and not defects.
All prices are in Euros (€). Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately at checkout before order confirmation.
The contract is concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation email, which constitutes acceptance of the offer by the Seller. Until then, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the order (e.g. due to stock unavailability).
Payment is processed securely via Stripe and can be made with:
Card data is never transmitted to or stored by Florence Intimates. Processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., which is PCI DSS certified.
Florence Intimates cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure (customs, exceptional events). The Customer will be promptly informed.
Under Art. 52 of D.lgs. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision before the deadline expires, by sending a written notice to contact@florenceintimates.com, indicating name, order number and product(s) to be returned.
The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise provided by our free returns policy. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Under Art. 59(1)(e) of D.lgs. 206/2005, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
Therefore, Florence Intimates accepts returns only for products that are unworn, unwashed, with all original labels intact. Products without labels or showing signs of use cannot be returned.
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Arts. 128–135 of D.lgs. 206/2005, for a period of 2 years from delivery. In the event of a conformity defect, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers resident in the EU, the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence apply. For online dispute resolution, the Customer may use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Florence Intimates reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will only apply to orders placed after publication. The Terms applicable are always those in force at the time of the order.
