As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason (pursuant to Art. 52 D.lgs. 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

We cannot accept returns of products that show signs of use, are missing labels or have been washed. In these cases the product will be returned to the Customer at their expense.
Florence Intimates offers free returns on all orders. Prepaid shipping instructions will be provided by email when the return is approved.
In the case of legal withdrawal (not due to a defect), return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise communicated by us.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. The refunded amount corresponds to the price paid for the products; original shipping costs are not refunded (unless the product is defective or the error is ours).
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider (generally 3–10 business days).
